Theresa was raised in New York State near the West Point Military Academy and she earned her B.A. Degree in Special Educ./Elem. Educ. from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI. As a former Special Education teacher here in Virginia, Theresa has an acute sense of patience, honesty and compassion with everyone.
Theresa and her family have lived in Northern Virginia for over 30 years, 20 of
those years in Loudoun County. She has seen the growth and development
in this area and understands that some buyers desire to be in the middle
of “the action” within a community; whereas, some buyers prefer to be
out in rural areas. Northern Virginia has the best of both worlds!
Whether you are an experienced buyer or a first time buyer, Theresa is best known for her patience and thorough explanation of the buying process, so there will not be any surprises. She prides herself on having relationships with mortgage lenders, title companies and service providers that her clients will need who are also honest and trustworthy with their clients. Her track record for selling listings is that of a quick turn over due to her Home Staging tips for sellers, by pricing homes correctly and making sure her clients have informative expectations of their property’s worth and condition.
In her spare time, Theresa enjoys reading, gardening, exploring the wineries of Northern Virginia and spending time with her beloved family.
